We are passionate about the care and treatment of street animals, including the often- overlooked working animals like equines and yaks. Our work is centred on compassion and respect for all animals, regardless of their circumstances. One of our core initiatives is to neuter street dogs and cats, which helps to control their population. By doing so, we can mitigate the risks associated with overpopulation, such as disease, malnourishment, and accidents. Furthermore, this approach reduces the number of animals that are needlessly euthanized each year due to overcrowding in shelters.

Another critical aspect of our work is vaccinating street animals against rabies, a deadly disease that can be transmitted to humans through animal bites. Rabies is a serious issue in many parts of Nepal, and by protecting these animals, we can help prevent the spread of this disease and safeguard both humans and animals from harm. Our organization runs educational programs and awareness campaigns to inform people about the risks of rabies and how to prevent it. We believe that education is the key to changing people’s attitudes and behaviour towards animals. Working closely with local communities, we promote responsible pet ownership and animal welfare.

Our work extends throughout all parts of Nepal, and we collaborate closely with government bodies to control the dog population and advance cognizance about rabies. Together, we can make a more significant and long-lasting impact, creating a safer and healthier environment for both animals and humans.
